Alex Rodriguez came back to the starting line up for the New York Yankees Friday night and with one swing of the bat A-Rod relieves a boat load of stress. Alex’s first pitch back he crushed a 3 run homer to help the Yankee’s end there 5 game losing streak. So, after a long off season of Madonna drama and a spring training full of steroid talk A-rod finally got to do what he does best and that was play baseball.
With all the problems the Yankees are having to start this 09 season they need A-Rod more then ever right now. The Yanks offense has been terrible as of late and the addition of A-Rod should help everyone out, especially Mark Teixeira who has really been struggling to start the season.
