Now that Brett’s a New York Jet. How will he handle New York?
Brett Favre has played almost his entire career in Green Bay, Wisconsin and that’s nothing like being a star in New York. The New York the media is all over you covering your every move. Everything Brett Favre does or says will be known throughout the city, thats the way it is right now and the season has just begun. If you live in the New York area you know what Brett Favre eats for breakfast and lunch and dinner.
Well after week one the Jet fans are loving him. Brett lead the New York Jets to a victory over the Miami Dolphins. He used his Favre magic to launch a 4th down Hail Mary pass into the endzone and Jets wideout Stuckey hauled it in for a touchdown. I was watching the game and couldn’t believe what I just saw. Brett can still play and he still has that magic. He has made the Jets a relevant football team and a contender for the Super Bowl. Its going to be an interesting season.

Green Bay is stupid for letting Bret “the field General,” go to another team. At the very least, he should be in the back office. If i was him i would feel a bit betrayed.

Brett Farve is a huge upgrade over Pennington. Farve is actually a great short range passer and it fits the Jets well because they dont really have deep threats. Lots of the yardage Farve gets is YAC. Good fit, some time for O-line to adjust and JETS JETS JETS will be flying high!
